Ho Jin CHOI
(崔好鎭)
Ho Jin Choi has extensive practical experience in adjudication, having served as a judge at various levels of courts for 15 years since 2010. He handled a wide range of cases, including civil, criminal, and non-contentious matters. Notably, during his tenure as a Research Judge at the Supreme Court of Korea, he reviewed over 1,500 cases spanning various legal areas.
At the Seoul Southern District Court, he presided over numerous injunction cases involving internal corporate disputes such as shareholder meeting resolutions, internal organizational disputes like suspensions of duties, and other urgent matters including stays of delisting decisions and broadcast prohibitions. He also handled criminal cases related to the Capital Markets Act. While serving at the Seoul Central District Court, he was part of the Intellectual Property Division, overseeing cases related to intellectual property rights and the Unfair Competition Prevention Act.
In addition to his judicial roles, he served as a Public Information Officer at the Seoul Southern District Court, gaining valuable experience in judicial administration.

Young Su Kang served as a judge for 29 years in various courts, including his tenure as the Chief Judge of the Incheon District Court until his retirement in 2022. Throughout his esteemed judicial career, he presided over a broad spectrum of cases spanning civil, criminal, administrative, family, IT, and intellectual property law, earning a reputation for his sound judgment and deep legal acumen. Sunho Park is a Senior Advisor at Lee & Ko, bringing over 35 years of distinguished experience in leadership roles within the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) and the International Contractors Association of Korea (ICAK). Renowned for his pivotal tenure as the 1st Vice Minister of MOLIT, Mr. Park has shaped national policies in real estate, construction, industrial complexes, urban planning, transportation infrastructure, and outbound construction investment. Eun Young PARK

Eun Young Park is a partner and the firm’s Chair of the Global Disputes Group.
Dr. Park is an exceptionally highly recognized dispute resolution lawyer with expertise in international arbitration. He has over 30 years of experience in international dispute resolution including commercial and investment treaty arbitration. He has served as an arbitrator under the rules of various arbitral institutions including ICC, SIAC, JCAA, AIAC, and KCAB. His arbitration practice covers a broad legal spectrum, including M&A, finance and insurance, infrastructure, energy, joint ventures, intellectual property and technology, pharmaceutical and bio-industry, and overseas investments. He has successfully represented one of the biggest US defense companies in its litigation against the Korean government regarding the FMS contracts in Korean courts including the Supreme Court of the Republic of Korea as well as US federal courts.
Dr. Park served as Vice-President and a Court Member of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). He also served as Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association (IBA) Arbitration Committee and as a founding co-chair of the IBA Asia Pacific Arbitration Group. In 2014, he served as a member of the Subcommittee for drafting the IBA Guidelines on Conflict of Interests in International Arbitration. He has also served on the board of the Korean Council of International Arbitration and as an Executive Member of the Seoul International Dispute Resolution Center. He currently serves as a Member of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) Court of Arbitration and has served as a member of the Board of the SIAC.
Dr. Park has earned numerous top rankings as one of the “Leading Lawyers” in Chambers Asia-Pacific for International Arbitration, “Litigation Stars” in Euromoney’s Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific for International Arbitration, and “Thought Leaders” in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration. Moo Jin Choi served for 26 years at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC), holding key leadership roles including Director General of the Corporate Transaction Policy Bureau, Cartel Investigation Bureau, Competition Policy Bureau, and Distribution Policy Officer.
