    Bo Kyeok LEE (李寶格)
    Patent attorney Bo Kyeok Lee joined Lee & Ko IP in 2025, leveraging nearly 25 years of practical experience and expertise at the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), the Korea Trade Commission, and the Prosecutor’s Office. His primary focus is on trademarks and design-related matters, including examination, trials, and legal advice on infringement cases involving patents, unfair competition, and trade secrets.

    At the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO), he carried out a wide range of practical IP-related duties, serving as a Senior Examiner, Team Leader, Advisory Examiner, and Supervising Examiner, while also actively participating in the Trademark and Design Examination Council and delivering lectures on intellectual property. Notably, he led the inauguration of the Special Judicial Police for Trademarks and served as the first head of its Busan office and head of the Distribution Crime Investigation Team, significantly contributing to the system's foundation and delivering outstanding enforcement outcomes. 

    At the Korea Trade Commission, he handled cases related to origin violations, IP infringement, and unfair competition. At the Prosecutor’s Office, he was responsible for execution-related duties (such as the arrest of non-compliant individuals, suspension of detention, bail, and fines) and public security affairs.

    Sung Kyu LEE (李崇圭)
    Sung Kyu Lee is a leading specialist in the Antitrust & Competition Practice Group at Lee & Ko. He has over two decades of distinguished experience at the Korea Fair Trade Commission (“KFTC”), where he held senior positions across key divisions, including the Abuse of Market Dominance, Merger Review and Cartel Investigation.     Kyung Duk AN (安庚德)
