As a member of Lee & Ko’s Antitrust & Competition Group, Minchul Kim advises both domestic and foreign clients on a broad range of legal and regulatory issues including multi-jurisdictional merger control, international cartel and various forms of unfair trade practices. While Mr. Kim joined Lee & Ko upon graduating from Seoul National University School of Law with honors, he also has a strong background in business administration and economics as being the top graduate from Department of Business Administration, Seoul National University whereat he earned two bachelor’s degrees.
