He has advised his clients in many high-profile merger reviews as well as precedent-setting investigations before the Korea Fair Trade Commission. In particular, he regularly counsels his clients on conducting business or whose business has an effect on the respective market (whether relating to merger control or implementation of policy and practice) in Korea for compliance with applicable antitrust and competition laws.
