As a member of Lee & Ko's Litigation & Arbitration Group, Choonsam Lee assists clients with expert advice and representation in connection with a broad range of criminal law matters, including (among other things) criminal investigations, criminal prosecutions and the full scope of related procedural and substantive law concerns, and is also well known for his unrivaled specialization in handling cases relating to cybercrimes, intellectual property crimes and economic crimes.

Prior to joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Lee acquired extensive, in-depth practical experience in a distinguished 20-year career as a police officer in the Korean National Police Agency (KNPA), where he was responsible for directly handling and administering various law enforcement duties.

Based on his comprehensive understanding of, and familiarity with police investigation policies and procedures and criminal prosecutions, Mr. Lee is exceptionally well equipped to expertly guide clients through any particular situation they may face vis-À-vis the criminal justice system.
