As a member of Lee & Ko's Labor & Employment Practice Group, Jae In Roh is active in handling a broad range of labor/employment litigation, as well as advising clients on transactional matters and regulatory compliance issues relating to labor and employment concerns.

- Represented corporate client (as defendant) in suit filed by former employee seeking invalidation of dismissal
- Represented academy (as defendant) in connection with severance payment claim filed by retired lecturer
- Provided regulatory compliance advice to corporate client concerning implementation of company employment rules.
