Hyesoo Kim's practice focuses on international trade law, with a particular emphasis on matters relating to state-to-state dispute settlement proceedings conducted through the Dispute Settlement Body of the World Trade Organization. Ms. Kim's' experience in this area includes advising and representing the Korean government in disputes involving Korea as a party, as well as cases involving Korea as an interested third party. Ms. Kim also has extensive experience in advising governmental bodies and multi-national companies generally on various international trade-related legal and policy issues.
