As an IP patent attorney at Lee & Ko, Mr. Yun advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including IP portfolio management, litigation, patent prosecution, licensing and opinions of counsel. Mr. Yun has also conducted patent mining, standards-based patent analysis and standards-based patent prosecution in the field of 3GPP technology, particularly with respect to LTE/LTE+ and NR. Mr. Yun is able to advise clients on every aspect of the patent application and registration process, from the earliest stages of technology development, to post-registration measures for the protection, maintenance and enforcement of patent rights, including litigation matters.
