Chang Soo Lee, an expert advisor, for 14 years worked in Investigation Bureau, Investigation Division I, Competition Division (Seoul Office), Consumer Department, Consumer Policy Bureau, Electronic Commerce Team and others and was responsible for dealing with affairs on violations against the Fair Trade Act such as unfair trading practices.
