Chang Soo Jin is a partner in the Labor & Employment Group. Mr. Jin served as a judge for about 21years in various courts, including 2years as a Research Officer of the Constitutional Court. His practice ranges from civil and criminal law to the Constitution.Shortly before joining Lee & Ko, Mr. Jin handled mainly Labor & Employment, Administrative, Tax cases for 5years in the Seoul Administrative Court and Seoul Southern District Court. Mr. Jin took the lead in a number of rulings on the Labor & Employment, Administrative Litigations that made enormous effect on the legal practices such as pilot's ordinary wage case, dismissal of a low performer case, limit on giant retailer's operating hours case, real-estate holding tax case etc.
