Joon Sig Gong received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical and computer engineering (2013, 2015) from Seoul National University. His master’s thesis was the study of motion planning for humanoid robots. He was a naval officer in the Republic of Korea Naval Academy and served as an assistant professor delivering lectures in electrical engineering. As a Lee & Ko IP patent attorney, he advises and assists clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including, among other things, portfolio management, litigation, patent prosecutions, licensing and IP-related formal opinions.
